Mental Health Minute

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

We joined over 300 stations across the UK to broadcast the Mental Health Minute as part of the Heads Together Campaign.

Heads Together is a mental health initiative spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, which combines a campaign to tackle stigma and change the conversation on mental health with fundraising for a series of innovative new mental health services.

At 10:59 on Monday 13th May the Mental Health Minute was broadcast across hundreds of radio stations and included some familiar names. The Duke of Cambridge Prince William, Katy Perry, Stephen Fry, Jameela Jamil and Alesha Dixon all took part in this campaign.

The Mental Health Minute is an important about the power of we all have to make a difference to someone else when we take a moment to stop, and to listen.
